Redlig Financial Services offers personalized installation and training in various business software programs. Since every person is at a different skill level, we believe our training is not only beneficial, but important to give you the tools you need to run your business.  If you've gone out and purchased the software, you've come to the realization that you need to keep your business in control as it grows.  Since we can certainly understand the importance of confidentiality in working with you, we provide you, upon request, a signed confidentiality agreement that all information discussed is considered confidential and will not shared or discussed with anyone. 

As accountants and previous corporate trainers, we tailor our program to your specific needs and requirements; you learn at their own pace, in your own time and learn the skills you need to master. We will ask you a series of questions meant to determine all aspects what you are looking to learn.

For New Users: We teach beginners how to use QuickBooks properly.  We explain what QuickBooks can do and how to avoid potential problems.  This includes setting up accounts receivable, accounts payable, business bank accounts, credit cards, lines of credit, and a chart of accounts.  Other important features include data backup and recovery as well as recommended deployment options within your environment.

For Existing Users: We show you how to take full advantage of the software's many capabilities and latest enhancements.  We teach you how to leverage the power of the software for tax reporting, creating budgets, project (job) costing, and monitoring of receivables and payables. 

About Our Lessons:  Some clients prefer to take shorter lessons focused on specific topics, others prefer more comprehensive lessons.   The topics and schedules are determined by you.
